A series of activities are explored, in order to try and relieve the turmoil of an anxious mind. Several things fail before a return to the present (free of regret and worry) is found.

Help Me is silk screen printed in 2 colours on 200gm watercolour paper, with a 300gm cover. 8 pages of story plus cover and fish and leaf pattern “end papers”. Hand stitched with blue thread.
